Order Confirmation

Upon completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your LegionGuard Pro products, pricing, and shipping information. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately at legionguardstore@gmail.com. If there are any issues with your order, our team will work quickly to resolve them and ensure your child gets the protection they need.

Delivery & Shipping

Our standard delivery time is 7-12 business days Worldwide. Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Weekend orders are processed first thing Monday morning. Due to high demand for LegionGuard Pro, delivery times may occasionally extend during peak seasons. You will receive tracking information with your order confirmation to monitor your shipment status.

Customs and International Orders

For international customers, you are responsible for any additional customs duties, VAT, or import fees that may apply. These fees are determined by your country's customs policies and are beyond our control. As the importer, you are liable for these costs.

Pricing Policy

Product Protection & Performance

LegionGuard Pro is engineered to provide superior protection using our SmartFlex™ and CustomFit™ technologies. However, we want to be clear about realistic expectations:

  • Our shin guards are designed to significantly reduce impact and provide excellent protection under normal soccer playing conditions
  • While LegionGuard Pro offers advanced protection compared to traditional guards, no protective equipment can prevent all injuries
  • Sports activities inherently involve risk, and proper technique, conditioning, and additional safety measures are always recommended

Limitation of Liability

LegionGuard Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use. We are also not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, shipping carrier delays, or supplier issues.

By purchasing LegionGuard Pro, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the inherent risks in sports activities
  • You will use the product as intended for soccer/football activities
  • Proper fit and usage are essential for optimal protection
  • LegionGuard Pro significantly enhances protection but cannot eliminate all injury risk

Right of Withdrawal
